We offer an array of services including typical primary care services to mental health screening, annual physicals, drug screening, STI testing and PrEP initiation and maintenance.

The following services are offered via Telehealth (online face-to-face assessment):

Blood work and STD testing (office visit for treatment)
Medication management
All PrEP appointments
Weight management
ADHD assessment and medication management
Vitamin B12 injections

Please arrive 15 minutes for all in person appointments

Appointment Registration

Missed Appointments
We set time aside for same day sick visits and appointments for acute problems. Missed and cancelled appointments impact the care of other patients. If you have to cancel or reschedule your visit, please do so 24-48 hours in advance. There is a $25 fee for missed appointments.
